We created &Pilates Mentone for women who feel like their bodies have quietly changed.

The stiffness that lingers longer.
The hip that doesn’t feel as steady.
The back that needs stretching before you even get out of bed.

Too many women are told this is just part of aging.

We disagree.

We believe women in their 40s and 50s deserve training that reflects where their bodies are now.

Not high-intensity chaos.
Not aesthetic-driven workouts.
Not being ignored in a room full of twenty-year-olds.

We believe in structured, progressive strength.

We believe low-impact, weight-bearing Pilates is one of the most powerful tools women have to maintain bone health, improve strength, and move confidently as they age.

And we believe assessment matters.

That’s why Strong Again begins with a physio assessment. Because guessing is not good enough.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

Is This For You?

&Pilates Mentone tends to suit people who:

— Wake up feeling stiff or tight
— Want to build strength without aggravating old injuries
— Value professional guidance rather than random workouts
— Want to support bone and joint health
— Prefer a calm, structured training environment
— Want to feel steady, capable and confident in their body again

Many of our members are navigating the changes that come with midlife, but our approach works for anyone who values intelligent, well-guided training.

How Strong Again Works

1. Physio Assessment

We begin with a one-on-one assessment so we understand your body properly before you step into a class.

2. Structured Reformer Training

Train in professionally coached group classes with clear programming and guided progression.

Your assessment informs how you begin and how you progress.

3. Built-In Check-Ins

Day 1 baseline.
Day 14 review.
Day 24 progress conversation.

We monitor and evolve your plan as your body adapts.

4. Progressive Strength & Bone Support

Low-impact, weight-bearing Pilates helps maintain bone health, improve strength, and reduce fracture risk when combined with progressive resistance.

We build this gradually and intelligently.

Strong Again is the starting point.

After 28 days, most members continue into either our twice-weekly or unlimited membership, depending on their goals and how their body is responding.

Strength is built over months, not weeks.

We guide you into the right structure so you maintain momentum.
