3. Built-In Check-Ins
Day 1 baseline.
Day 14 review.
Day 24 progress conversation.
We monitor and evolve your plan as your body adapts.
4. Progressive Strength & Bone Support
Low-impact, weight-bearing Pilates helps maintain bone health, improve strength, and reduce fracture risk when combined with progressive resistance.
We build this gradually and intelligently.

After 28 days, most women continue into either our twice-weekly or unlimited membership, depending on their goals and how their body is responding.
