&Pilates Mentone

Led by Professionals. Built for Women Like You.

&Pilates Mentone was created for women who feel like their bodies have quietly changed.

Women who are capable, intelligent and busy taking care of everyone else.

But unsure how to take care of their own changing bodies.

We saw too many women tolerating stiffness.
Managing discomfort.
Avoiding things they used to enjoy.

And being told, “That’s just part of aging.”

We don’t accept that.

Why We Built This Studio

After working with countless women in their 40s and 50s, one thing became clear:

General fitness classes weren’t enough.

Random workouts weren’t enough.

Even standard Pilates classes often weren’t enough.

At this stage of life, your body needs:

— Progressive strength
— Appropriate resistance
— Bone health consideration
— Intelligent load management
— Professional oversight

It needs structure.

So we built a studio that provides exactly that.

Meet Steve.

I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 20 years.

Across those two decades, one pattern became clear.

Women in their 40s and 50s weren’t lacking motivation.

They were lacking the right guidance.

As a qualified physiotherapist and long-time Pilates educator, I’ve seen what happens when exercise is either too generic or too aggressive.

People push through discomfort.
They follow random programs.
They stop and start.
They manage injuries instead of progressing beyond them.

It doesn’t need to be that way.

Combining physiotherapy principles with structured Pilates is where real, sustainable progress happens.

It’s how we:

— Build strength without unnecessary strain
— Improve stability and control
— Support bone health with appropriate loading
— Help women stay active and confident as they age

Strong Again was created from that experience.

It’s not about extreme workouts or chasing aesthetics.

It’s about giving women the structure, support and professional oversight they need to feel strong in their bodies again.

After 20+ years, I know this:

When women are guided properly, they don’t just get going.

They stay strong.

Our Approach

We combine:

— Physiotherapy expertise
— Structured Reformer programming
— Progressive resistance principles
— Real-world understanding of menopause and midlife changes

Every woman who begins with Strong Again starts with a physio assessment.

Not because we want to complicate things.

But because guessing is not good enough.

Your assessment informs your starting point, your progression, and your programming inside our professionally coached group sessions.

We have 16 reformers in our Mentone studio, and every class follows a clear structure designed to build strength safely and progressively.

You are never just another body in the room.

Who We Exist To Serve

We exist for women 45–55 who:

— Feel stiff, sore or unstable
— Want to maintain bone health
— Value professional guidance
— Want to work hard, but intelligently
— Care more about strength than aesthetics

If you are looking for fast results or the cheapest classes in the area, we may not be the right fit.

If you are ready to build strength properly, we would love to guide you.

Community Without Chaos

Our studio is welcoming, calm and professionally coached.

You won’t find mirrors pushing comparison.

You won’t find chaotic programming.

You’ll train alongside other women in the same stage of life who value consistency and care about their long-term health.

Many of our members tell us they finally feel understood here.

That matters.
