Strong Again is a structured 28-day program designed to help you rebuild strength safely and confidently.

Includes:

— One-on-one physio assessment
— 28 days of structured reformer training
— Day 14 progress review
— Day 24 future planning conversation
— Professional coaching in every session

Strong Again builds your foundation. From there, we guide you into the most appropriate ongoing membership.

Ongoing Memberships

Strength is built over months, not weeks. After completing Strong Again, most women transition into one of the following structured memberships.

Twice Weekly Membership

$47/week

Best for women who want consistent, steady strength progression while balancing work and family commitments.

Unlimited Membership

How Memberships Work

All memberships are ongoing to maintain consistency and progress.

When you complete Strong Again, your membership will automatically continue into your selected option so you don’t lose momentum.

If at any time you decide not to continue, simply notify us prior to your renewal date.
