When Did Your Body Start Feeling Older Than You?
Why Most Pilates Doesn’t Fix It
Most studios run general classes.
You walk in.
You follow along.
You hope it helps.
But at this stage of life, guessing isn’t good enough.
Your body needs:
— Progressive strength
— Appropriate resistance
— Attention to bone health
— Intelligent load management
— Professional oversight
That’s why Strong Again begins differently.
How Strong Again Works
01 —
Personal Physio Assessment
Before you step into a class, we assess your body properly.
We identify movement limitations, strength gaps, instability and load tolerance so we know exactly where to begin.
02 —
Personal Physio Assessment
You’ll train in professionally coached group classes.
We have 16 reformers, and every session follows a clear structure.
Your assessment informs resistance levels, progressions and exercise variations within class.
This is guided progression, not random workouts.
03 —
Built-In Check-Ins
Day 1 baseline.
Day 14 review.
Day 24 progress conversation.
We monitor your improvement and adjust as your body adapts.
04 —
Progressive Strength & Bone Support
Low-impact, weight-bearing Pilates helps maintain bone health, improve strength, and reduce fracture risk when combined with progressive resistance.
We build this gradually and intelligently across the 28 days.
What Happens After the 28 Days?
Around Day 24, we review your progress and map out your next phase.
Strong Again builds your foundation. From there, you’ll transition into either our twice-weekly or unlimited membership based on your goals and how your body is responding.
Your membership will automatically continue at the end of the 28 days so you don’t lose momentum. If you decide not to proceed, simply let us know before your renewal date.
Strength is built over months, not weeks.
